Onboarding call with Danielle & team

Once you submit the clinic onboarding form, we schedule a call to set up your clinic and align on your workflow.

  • Review your current workflow and goals
  • Set up your clinic’s OneDrive folder
  • Discuss scanning options (if appropriate)
  • Provide your clinic discount code
  • Answer questions and review any initial cases you’ve submitted

Cast the limb

Follow our casting guidelines so we receive accurate, reproducible anatomy for each patient.

  • Use our 5-minute casting video
  • Mark key anatomical landmarks
  • Complete the measurement form and choose device color
  • Case review typically occurs after casting, or during the appointment if arranged in advance

Upload everything to OneDrive

All case information lives in your clinic’s dedicated OneDrive folder.

  • Standing / walking media
  • Range of motion (if requested)
  • Case notes, history, and goals
  • Completed order / measurement forms

Scan the cast

For higher-volume clinics, scanning can reduce shipping friction and speed review. We’ll guide your team during onboarding.

Turnaround & ongoing support

After we receive payment, cast or scan, and media, fabrication and follow-up proceed on a predictable timeline.

  • Standard cases typically fabricate in ≈ 6 business days + shipping
  • Complex cases may require additional time, which we discuss with you early
  • Ongoing support for troubleshooting, fit checks, adjustments, and case brainstorming
  • Team trainings and general clinical guidance as desired
  • Support can be as hands-on or hands-off as your clinic prefers
